  • We understand that life can be unpredictable and unexpected circumstances can arise that may require you to cancel your appointment with us. However, we have a cancellation policy in place that we ask all our clients to abide by. Changing your time slot without cancellation is possible, please reach out to your stylist as they may have flexibility in their day.

    If you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide this notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your scheduled service.

    We understand that this policy may seem strict, but it is necessary in order for us to run our business effectively. When clients cancel or fail to show up for their appointments, it can cause us to lose valuable time and revenue. It also makes it difficult for us to fill that time slot with another client, which means lost income for our barbers.

    Furthermore, last-minute cancellations or no-shows can cause a chain reaction of problems. For example, if a client cancels at the last minute, their barber may have already turned away other clients for that time slot, thinking it was already booked. This can cause a ripple effect throughout the entire schedule, making it impossible for us to run our business efficiently.

    Therefore, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy and provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow us to fill that time slot with another client and continue to provide excellent service to all of our clients. Thank you for your understanding.

  • All of our team members have received complete vaccination, and we kindly request the same from our clients. Should you prefer, you are welcome to wear a mask when you come for your appointment. Furthermore, we are more than happy to accommodate your request for our team members to wear masks during your service.

    Please arrive no earlier than five minutes of your appointment time, unaccompanied.
